Flush Your Liver With A Coffee Enema

Updated: 4 days ago

How about a cup of Joe to get your day going? Many people find having a cup of coffee also gets their bowels moving. This same principle can be applied to a Coffee enema.

Enemas have long been used to treat a variety of health issues such as; constipation, headache, Candida yeast infections, skin disorders, backache, etc.

A Coffee enema is a natural, effective, gentle proven way to flush the liver which is the lifeline to the detoxification system. Coffee is an antioxidant; it can lower inflammation of the liver and help the cell regenerate. Coffee contains Kahweol palmitate & Cafestol palmitate which can increase Glutathione levels. I’ve already shared all the great benefits of Glutathione on another blog post.

Scientific research has found that Cafestol increases glucose uptake in muscle cells, matching the levels of a currently prescribed antidiabetic drug. They say Cafestol’s dual benefits make it a good candidate for the prevention and treatment of type 2 diabetes.

Benefits of Coffee Enema

· Better circulation

· Increased immunity

· Improved digestion

· Enhanced gut health

· Boost in energy and mood

· Pain reduction

· Improved detoxification

· Better-looking skin

Risks and considerations

It is important not to repeat an enema procedure too often as repetitions can cause a person to lose a significant number of electrolytes, which are important for maintaining fluid balance in the body.

People should always speak to a doctor before undergoing a Coffee enema to ensure they don’t have any health risks that could keep them from successfully performing it.

Directions

1. In Large Non-reactive pot boil 4 cups of water

2. Spoon in Organic Ground Coffee

3. Boil for 5 min over high heat

4. Lower heat then simmer very slowly for 15 minutes

5. Allow to cool then simmer very slow for 15 minutes

7. Using a fine mesh cloth strain into enema kit

6. Administer Coffee enema while laying on your side

Tips: Use coconut oil or some other Lubricant for the end of the enema hose. Best time to do a Coffee enema is in the morning. 15 minutes is ideal to hold the Coffee enema inside before having a bowel movement. However, you will still get benefits with shorter times.

I have found it easier to do two rounds in one setting. The first round I administer a quarter of my Coffee enema bag for 5 min to initially flush out my bowels and reduce the pressure of the fluid inside my intestines. The second round I am able to hold the Coffee enema much longer (10-15 minutes) to ensure I get the most benefit from the Coffee enema.
